YUSUKE ADACHI
Yusuke Adachi is a Japan-based colourist at TREE Digital Studio. His early days in the camera department on 16mm productions gave him a foundation in cinematography that still shapes his approach to colour. He collaborates with directors and cinematographers from Japan and beyond across commercials, music videos, features, and episodic series. His credits include campaigns for UNIQLO, Toyota, Google, and Apple, music videos for ONE OK ROCK and Mrs. GREEN APPLE, the Netflix series ‘Glass Heart’, and the film ‘AnyMart’ (FIPRESCI Prize, Berlinale). A three-time JPPA Award winner for Colour Grading, Adachi grades with deep respect for on-set light and natural skin tones, revealing each project’s own visual identity rather than a signature style.
